Job Title: Substitute Job Coach (Direct Care) - A relief position!

Hours: Flexible -Relief positions, per diem

Pay Rate: $16.25

SUMMARY:

Take this opportunity to enrich your life as a SUBSTITUTE- RELIEF JOB COACH (DIRECT CARE) at Lifeworks, you will be a direct support professional (DSP) supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an employment program. You will be working in a beautiful office in Norwood and receive a Staff Retention Bonus shortly after joining our team.

Work as a Substitute Job Coach (DIRECT CARE) in Norwood. We are looking to add a few members to our team that will be responsible to assist in developing the curriculum and activities for the community-based employment program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cover work areas at a work site, and track amounts of work as necessary.
• Provide structure and teaching as needed on site.
• Assist with community outing events.
• Communication with team members/case workers
• Other duties and or assignments to work/program locations based on the needs of the company.

Requirements include:

• A copy of a Covid-19 vaccination of two shots will be required
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Personal Vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (in State of residency) required.
• All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check.
