We are currently seeking a receptionist who loves animals and customer service to work with us at Queen Anne Animal Clinic.

The right individual for this position will be detail oriented, compassionate, and a team player who is able prioritize a busy workflow while working with a diverse clientele.

We are seeking Part time or full time. For work-life ballance, all of our team members who are full time work four 10 hour shifts.

Duties include but not limited to:
Client interaction
Multi-phone lines
Scheduling and invoicing
Filing
Daily cash drawer balancing
Accurate computer data entry
