Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Architectural Division of our client, who specializes in mechanical, architectural, laser and HVAC installation, fabrication and repairs and is located in Clackamas, Oregon.

• You will be responsible for managing projects safely, on time, and within budget to ensure financial goals.
• You will proactively communicate, with a focus on removing roadblocks and offering solutions, while cultivating and maintaining positive trusting working relationships both internally and externally with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
• This position is a hybrid position of work from home / jobsite visits/ and main facility visits.
• It requires providing mentorship to junior project managers and assists the design and preconstruction and estimating team in seeking and securing opportunities for future work!

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum 10+ years related project management experience in design build, building envelope, architectural sheet metal, construction industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• GED/Diploma required.
• Preferred, but not required bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent applicable degree.
• Extensive knowledge in building envelope, rain screen, curtain wall
• Extensive knowledge in sheet metal, flashings and waterproofing
• Able to lead 3-4 projects at the same time
• Effective verbal and listening communication and seek to understand.
• Understanding of document control and tracking processes.
• Motivated by positive relationships and sense of team.
• Embrace challenging and difficult design opportunities.
• Proven history/knowledge working on Architectural systems.
• Attention to detail with proven history of accuracy and documentation.
• Creative and collaborative problem-solving.
• Manage time effectively for achieving desired results.
• Basic understanding of financials and cash flow management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, excel spreadsheet, word processing, and Smartsheet.

DETAILS

• $112,000 - $150,000/yr to start (depending on experience)
• Direct Hire
