VIE at Airbus Americas Procurement Strategy and Transformation (F/M)

Localisé(e) au siège d’Airbus Americas qui se situe à Herndon dans l’Etat de Virginie, le/la VIE fera partie du Regional Procurement Office North America qui est rattaché à la fonction Achats en Europe, et à la filiale Airbus Americas qui est localisée aux Etats-Unis. Le/la VIE reportera à la Head of AAPY (AAP Transformation & Strategy) et contribuera à divers sujets:
Initiatives et projets de régionalisation des Achats (lien avec les parties prenantes, respect du calendrier des tâches, préparation du matériel pour aider le management et faciliter la prise de décision)
Projets stratégiques ad-hoc (notamment relatifs aux besoins de la FAL / chaîne d’assemblage final dans un contexte de la montée en cadence)
Activités de reporting (coordination avec les parties prenantes, s’assurer que les éléments fournis par chacun sont transmis en temps et en heure…)
Projets de transformation digitale (ex faciliter l’approbation de profils dans les outils digitaux et autres tâches requises)
Suivi de l'évolution des équipes dans un contexte de croissance et de montée en cadence (lien avec les RH et la Finance sur une base régulière)
Activités d'équipe dans un contexte de croissance à travers les Etats-Unis (contribuer aux initiatives dédiées à créer et maintenir un esprit de communauté)
Autres sujets ad-hoc pertinents pour AAP

Bac + 5
Expérience

Avoir une expérience dans l'aéronautique et/ou les Achats sera un plus

Based at Airbus Americas’ headquarters located in Herndon, VA, the VIE will be part of Procurement Regional Office North America that reports to the Procurement function in Europe, and to Airbus Americas, Inc., an Airbus affiliate based in the US. The VIE will report to head of AAPY (AAP Transformation & Strategy), supporting management as relevant with topics encompassing the following scope:
Procurement regionalization initiatives and projects (liaising with other stakeholders, keeping track of timelines, preparing material to support management and facilitate decision making)
Ad-hoc strategic topics (eg activities and needs relative to FAL ramp-up)
Reporting activities (eg coordinating with other stakeholders, enabling on-time gathering of inputs…)
Digital transformation topics (eg supporting with profile approvals in digital tool and other tasks as relevant)
Headcount tracking in light of growth and ramp-up context (liaising with HR and Finance on a regular basis)
People activities in context of team growth across the US (helping out with employee community initiatives)
Other ad-hoc topics as relevant to Airbus Americas Procurement

Education:
Masters Degree
Experience:
None is ok
Having an experience in aerospace and/or procurement is a plus
