SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Chief Mission & Culture Officer

Education/Experience: MBA preferred. Position requires an undergraduate degree in a business related degree. Experience in a service industry in strategic leadership and vision setting and communicating to the internal and external constituents.

  • Proven brand ambassador with a clear understanding of the role branding plays in the success of an organization.

This individual will be a key member of the SpiriTrust Lutheran Executive Cabinet and will be responsible for implementing and overseeing appropriate programs and practices to ensure the mission and the culture of the organize are consistent with the stated mission and values. They will also give consistent support to the agency objectives, build a high quality work environment for attracting and retaining world-class talent.

  • Responsible for strategic and operational management and development of human capital ensuring a strategically focused and fiscally responsible approach to providing the highest quality of service and effective, efficient and compliant operations through supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Corporate Communications & PR Department to ensure congruence with agency-wide goals and objectives. Although not through direct supervision, the position will also ensure there is regular coordination of external communication between all service lines of SpiriTrust Lutheran.
  • Facilitate coordinated communication of Agency Brand between all levels of leadership.
  • Provide strategic leadership of the Philanthropy department through supervision of the Vice President of Philanthropy to ensure that operational and philanthropic goals are congruent.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the agencies Corporate Compliance Program.
  • Diligently works to ensure that the Core Values, Mission Statement and Vision Statement of SpiriTrust Lutheran are reflected in the work of the Agency.
