Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor's are skilled in their field and most are looking to grow within the company. If you have 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician and have at least 1 year of supervising a staff, we want to talk with you! We are looking for competent, proactive individuals that enjoy their work and be open to learn new tricks of the trade and have a career with a national company!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a 292-unit complex in Las Vegas, NV. This position is a Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
Pay: $19 - $20/ hour

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous residential apartment maintenance experience
- You bring a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- HVAC/CPO certification preferred
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
- Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours are required (if applicable)
- You must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
