The role of the client advocate

- Provide client mentoring, coaching, and oversight of direct services to people in crisis.
- Be part of ensuring a better tomorrow for people who are struggling by mentoring and coaching them in life skills.
- Work on outreach in the field, providing first-hand knowledge of the most at-risk individuals who need your help.
- Make a difference by identifying their greatest needs and connecting them with people who can help.
- Work with other community organizations to make a long-term impact on the lives of your clients and their families
- Assist leadership in developing new programs and services to expand opportunities for individuals, families, and children seeking to thrive.
- Educate landlords in the support HopeSource provides and the benefits of working with your clients to establish a productive life
