Job description

Our company is seeking a positive, experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for training and supervising nursing staff and ensuring that all aspects of nursing care are provided to residents. The Nursing Supervisor will also be responsible for assessing residents for clinical changes and responding to emergencies, and will assist in administering medications as well as performing physical assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust nursing care according to patients' needs, ages, and levels of comfort.
• Be a role model for other nurses and employees.
• Offer support to co-workers in difficult situations.
• Deal with doctors and insurance companies.
• Treat patients with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Manage the nursing staff and the daily operations of the unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
