HomePromise Corporation, a private financial services company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team based in Greencastle, PA. This is an exciting and lucrative career opportunity in the dynamic financial services industry. As a Sales Representative, you will consult with mortgage clients and coordinate with internal departments to achieve client goals. We offer an attractive base salary plus commission!

Successful Sales Representatives can earn up to $7,000.00 or more per month. This sales role does not involve any travel or cold calling. You will receive a significant number of sales leads which are all warm inbound leads based on a significant advertising budget. We are dedicated to excellence, with a strong team environment.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years successful sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve
• Exceptional people and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to improving sales skills
• Positive outlook and confidence
• Strong computer and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to meet state/federal licensing requirements, including education, testing, credit check and background check

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Advise prospective clients on mortgage options
• Evaluate residential mortgage applications
• Answer questions and gather documentation from applicants
• Coordinate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing departments
• Update job knowledge with continual training and lending education
