We are open to remote working arrangement with periodic travel to manufacturing site.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting the logistics systems for materials movements at manufacturing locations in Nashville TN, Hopkinsville and Eagle One, KY. Secondarily support other manufacturing and supply chain planning and execution systems.
  • Understand Supply Chain IT system landscape within depth configuration experience in at least one of the following: Blue Yonder (Warehouse Management System); AspenTech (Planning and Scheduling); Manufacturing Execution System; Reporting, Process & KPI Monitoring Tools; Hardware to support warehouse management like scanners, bar code printers etc.
  • Understand Supply Chain and inventory business process and work within project teams to: Gather requirements, during the discovery phase; Understand customer operations to recommend best practices and solutions, to optimize client investment; Support training, testing, and "go-live"; Focus on continuous process improvement and roll out of new functionality post launch.
  • Communicate ideas, solutions, and plans to various clients including status on projects and ongoing improvements.
  • Research and implement Supply Chain industry best practices.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior team members.
  • Develop project documents and collateral for future use.
  • Troubleshoot software related issues.

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in comparable role.
  • Experience with configuring Custom off the Shelf solutions.
  • Minimum 3-4 years Supply Chain/Manufacturing environment; Must have worked at a manufacturing facility preferably in consumer products.
  • Primary experience required: Either - WMS process and configuration experience. Ideally would have worked with JDA/ Blue Yonder or Manhattan Associates. Must be very familiar with pick and put away logic, labor optimization, integration with other execution systems etc. Or - Experience with a production planning and scheduling system like AspenTech or OMP with a focus on constraint-based scheduling models.
  • Secondary experience (highly desired but not required): Some experience with Manufacturing planning and execution systems; Manufacturing process and configuration experience; Supply planning systems; Shopfloor digitization and monitoring software; Manufacturing and Logistics analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, visualization and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a great teammate; highly motivated, focused, self-motivated and results oriented. Curious and engaged.

Preferred

  • Expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels.
  • Experience in integration of BY WMS with variety of host and destination systems using BY Integrator/Connect, including SAP ERP.
  • Experience with Data Visualization Software and API interface integration (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft DevOps
