Responsible for setting up and activating all Paid Search activity. Collaborate with Analytics team to define recurring paid search reporting exhibits, identify and activate ongoing optimizations. Provide search keyword research and performance insights as an input to guide SEO content strategy and coordinate with the web team to roll-out.

Location for position: Atlanta GA, Frisco TX, Bellevue WA, Reston VA, New York, Los Angeles CA, Overland PK KS or Denver CO.

  • Responsible for developing campaign specific TMUS media search trafficking strategy and tactical execution plans
  • Set up and execute search campaign builds aligned to media plans
  • Ensure consistency and standards are applied across campaigns
  • Report on search KPIs and metrics for optimization and learning opportunities
  • Provide upper management with relevant considerations for external stakeholders
  • Ensure search trafficking execution is aligned with external stakeholder objectives
  • Assist with external stakeholder collaborations on smaller campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e. planning team) to ensure campaign builds meet media plan requirements
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager and Sr. Planner on account structure and campaign taxonomy
  • Ensure optimizations and test & learns are fed back to next iteration of campaigns or future campaigns
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements and optimizations to internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues as they arise; escalate to Sr. Manager/Sr. Planner, as needed
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and/or optimization

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)


Work Experience
:

  • At least 2+ years of paid search experience
  • Understanding of SEO an asset
  • Telecom experience an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Problem Solving Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills ()
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent understanding of account set up and optimization on search engine and platform ()
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Excellent knowledge of search planning fundamentals e.g., reach, frequency, channels, formats, etc. ()
  • Communication Excellent communication skills ()

Colorado Pay Range: $70,400 - $95,300

New York Pay Range: $75,500 - $102,100

California Pay Range: $73,300 - $99,100

T-Mobile's Commitment

Washington Pay Range : $76,500.00 - $103,500.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
