We are looking for a Ford / Lincoln certified Service Director to join our team. Doral Automotive Group consists of Doral Lincoln, Lincoln of Cutler Bay and Ford of Kendall. Our dealers are located in Miami Dade County. The ideal candidate will run an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

Responsibilities
Create goals and objectives for the dealership, which include an annual operating budget, and a marketing plan to promote new business.
Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options
Make the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
Staying updated on new products, features, accessories and attending product training as required
Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
Train new employees in the service department
Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager/Director required
Willingness to be a very hands-on director and take ownership of our service department
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
High school diploma or higher education
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
