We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with QuickBooks and/or Sage software experience to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in all financial aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Entry of invoices and credit card information into the accounting system
- Process bi-weekly payroll including assisting with time tracking
- Process expense reimbursements
- Assist with vendor invoices and payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Assist with general liability and workers compensation insurance audits and renewal processes
- Assist in the management of the subcontractors

Job Details

- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Sage and/or QuickBooks software experience required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
