Job description
Working for the City of East Lansing’s After School Child Care Program: Responsibilities include direct care and oversight of children ranging from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Individuals must be reliable, outgoing and be able to work independently and as a team.
Employees may be eligible for a retention bonus for each semester completed of work in our Before & After School Child Care Program.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be in Education, a Child Development program or have childcare experience. Employment is also dependent on a successful background check.
Special Requirements
To perform the essential functions of the job, an individual must be able to bend, stoop, lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
