Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour or higher depending on experience

Position Summary:
- Assist with weed science research in field, greenhouse and laboratory. Examples of some duties include fill pots with soil, plant seeds, count seeds and plants, take measurements, weigh samples, enter data into computer for statistical analysis.
- Due to requirements of the position, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to work independently and stay focused during repetitive-type work.
- Follow directions and maintain safe working practices.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to pass driving course and driving background check.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with plants and/or field work or greenhouse work desired, not required.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and stoop to ground.
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or otherwise move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability and willingness to work in adverse outdoor working conditions including warm and cool temperatures, sun, wind, and dust.
