Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Youngsville, LA

Schedule: 5 & 2

The Project Manager provides support by supervising the full project scope including the preliminary stages of the project, implementing and utilizing technology systems, providing guidance to consultants and project personnel, approving changes that may affect project deadlines, assisting with estimating, overseeing material takeoffs, and verifying that the final product matches the drawings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage the acquisition and administration of development contracts from beginning to end.
• Develop and introduce manufacturing plans to clients and group members.
• Delegates duties and responsibilities to group members to meet deadlines.
• Act as the liaison for all customer needs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Responsible for verifying MTR’s and updating data books as required by the customer.
• Provide support for the estimator and perform cost analysis to maintain budget.
• Generate Construction and Man power schedules, updating these schedules as needed
• Track material, labor, and third party costs for all aspects of the project
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes and company safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of Project Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in reading and generating isometric drawings to either sketch by hand or computer software.
• Approach a situation with logic and reasoning to implement successful solutions.
• Great attention to detail ensuring that issues get resolved in the early stages of the project.
