Start as Team Member $12:00 - $12.50 (PLUS BONUSES PLUS TIPS) with upward mobility available for SHIFT LEADER positions at $13.00 - $13.50 (PLUS BONUSES PLUS TIPS). Fast casual fast food restaurant. We are looking for fun, energetic people to work in an upbeat, fast paced environment! We inspire a healthy lifestyle by serving amazing food and awesome smoothies. Candidates must first start as Team Members and go through the training process to be able to advance to Shift Leader. This process can take one to three months.
