Title: Personal Assistant

Description:
YOU MUST BE PROACTIVE and take the initiative to do whatever needs to get done to make the client’s life easier. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential, and you will be required to sign an NDA. Driving and background checks will be required as well. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. You should be very detail-oriented, organized, and a great communicator/listener. The utmost tact and professionalism are expected. Performs skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment and minor construction work in the trades to ensure that home and grounds are properly maintained.

Essential duties:

• Performs lite landscaping.
• Performs a variety of routine home repairs.
• Ensures the grounds are consistently maintained and supervise the landscapers.
• Able to lift thirty pounds.
• Perform tasks that need to be done daily in a domestic environment.
• Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment; replaces filters.
• Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.
• Must be a dog lover.
• Transport items to and from storage.
• Run errands as requested.
• Well-organized and dependable
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive and compassionate attitude
• You need to have flexibility and some days work longer than the scheduled hours.
• Perform a variety of domestic tasks based on the client's personal needs.
• Transports family members to and from appointments and events.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor environment; driving a company vehicle to conduct work.

Minimum Qualifications Training, Education and Experience:

• Any combination of education, training, military and/or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Consistent mental alertness; standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time; lift and carry light to moderate weight objects,; push/pull exerting force to approximately 30 pounds, occasionally

75+ pounds; climbing up and down ladders and stairs; bending and twisting at waist and neck; crouching and crawling; kneeling and bending at the waist, reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally; dexterity of both arms and hands, and fingers while operating equipment and cleaning; seeing to read, write, and to perform duties; hearing and speaking to exchange information in person or on the telephone

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
