Rock Hard Cementing (RHC) is a leading land-based, pressure pumping service provider, operating in the Rocky Mountain Region. RHC is a family-owned business that unlike in large corporations, strives to provide a communal and supportive culture that extends to all our employees. We are looking for an Oilfield Downhole Cementing Supervisor to join our team at either our Glenrock, Wyoming facility or our Miles City, Montana facility.

This position entails overseeing the downhole cementing operations at a variety of wellsite locations throughout Wyoming, Colorado, Eastern Montana, and Western North Dakota.

Safety is of primary importance as RHC conducts operations in such as to protect the safety and health of our employees, contractors, environment, and all those affected by our activities.

Essential Job Functions:

· Oversee downhole cementing operations

· Pre-plan for upcoming jobs

· Leads a 3–4-man crew

· Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction is met

· Evaluate and schedule equipment for repairs and maintenance

· Must have good communication skills

· Must be a team player that is willing to and capable of helping other crews

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must have a Class A CDL

· Must have oilfield cementing experience

· Must be able to successfully and accurately complete downhole cement calculations

· Must be dependable and willing to work various shift as needed

· Must be able to operate with limited supervision and be a leader in safety and apply company policies and best practices

· Must be willing to travel throughout service area to wellsite

· Must be physically capable of completing tasks

Selected candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Oil & gas: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
