Chick-fil-A is hiring Management overseeing Cooks / Prep cooks.


We are looking at hiring Closing Leader to oversee Kitchen/Cook/Line Cook/Prep.


All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.



We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested

Leader responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Design strategy and set goals.
  • Set policies and systems/processes.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Coaching.
  • Run shifts and staff according to position.
  • Evaluate staff.
  • Follow food safety goals and regulations.
  • Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
  • Use computers and iPads.
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on changes.
  • Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.


Requirements:


  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
  • Like a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Be an encourager.
  • Can lead a diverse age group.
