FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a full time medical receptionist!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting copays, calling doctor offices for referrals/scripts.

-Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.

-Candidates abilities should include attention to detail, highly organized, and professional.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is required in this position!

-Experience in medical office preferred.

-40 hour work weeks with the following hours:

Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30 am - 7 :00 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45 am- 3:15 pm, Fridays 8:30 am- 5 pm and every 3 Saturdays - 9 am- 12 pm.
