Premier Pool Management is looking to add more Lifeguards to our team for this Spring and Summer season.
Ideal candidates will have a proven history of great customer service, effective communication, and be a team player. If you enjoy working in a fun environment with opportunities to meet new people this is the perfect position for you. Lifeguards with Premier Pool Management (PPM) enjoy flexible hours and with a territory covering the entire DMV region, we can offer a wide selection of locations.
Applicants must be punctual, responsible, able to take/follow directions. Prior experience is not necessary but a current Lifeguard certification is required. Candidates must be able to meet the following base requirements:
- Have current lifeguard and First Aid/AED certification
- Maintain the filtration system and pool chemistry
- Keep pool area clean and restrooms clean
- Ensure gate control along with site-specific requirements
- Provide great customer service and ensure patron safety at all times
