About the role:

Workspace Strategies is the largest shared workspace/coworking management company in the United States. We are currently seeking a Property and Leasing Manager to manage a new coworking space, Sentient Workspace, opening in Trevose, PA.

The ideal candidates will be energetic sales and operations professionals with strong leadership skills who are looking for professional growth and development opportunities. The main focus of the position will be the day-to-day management of sales and operations for the business. This includes oversight of all operations, accounting, technology, staffing and responsibility for ensuring that our office occupancy and rates remain as close to 100% as possible while growing the coworking, virtual and meeting/event space business.

Candidates must have a strong aptitude for sales and marketing and demonstrate previous experience in supervising administrative personnel. This position has direct responsibility for the retention of existing clients and attracting new clients, sales, recruiting, training, evaluating and retaining quality staff members, assists with annual budget preparation, oversees monthly billing and financial management responsibilities, delivery of quality support services, and overall member satisfaction.

Total compensation package includes a base salary plus monthly and quarterly bonus.

What’s Required:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales and staff management. Must be extremely comfortable with technology (computers, high-tech phone systems, etc), and previous experience with Microsoft Office applications (specifically a strong grasp of Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary and is experienced with internet-based systems designed to manage workflow (online accounting/billing, recruiting and CRM systems).

• The ability to proactively resolve issues quickly and creatively
• Must be extremely punctual and reliable
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and the local community

Candidates with experience in hospitality, commercial property management or residential multi-family are recommended to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
