Summary:
The Chemical Equipment Junior Project Manager works to support all aspects of Chemical Delivery Systems for our customer, providing technical expertise in design, production, installation, troubleshooting, and customer support. Interacting closely with both Internal and Customer stakeholders, works to ensure Equipment projects are executed on-time and driving toward zero defects.
Job Description:
Primary accountability to the Program Team Lead, supporting our Key customer for all equipment needs for their projects, spanning from Proposal through to Execution and post-Sales support
Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Working to gain detailed knowledge of Air Liquide equipment utilized by our Key customer
Weekly meetings with Key customer to intake and address Action Requests
Manages Product Configurations, loading/maintaining in Agile, reviewing, and approving changes
Creates documentation for equipment/procedures, addressing gaps where needed
Works with component suppliers to resolve issues, manage changes, or clarify specifications
Actively participates in development efforts for new and existing products, providing engineering design input to meet customer needs and desires
Creating cost estimates for new projects, entering/maintaining project ACEs, and participating in project reviews and closeout efforts
Works in close collaboration with design engineers, SW/controls engineers, production staff, and management to keep projects on-time and on-budget, providing support to these groups as needed
Directly interfaces with Customer site engineers and Air Liquide site FST’s to understand project goals, define customer needs, resolve technical issues
Maintain Copy Exactly Standards, change control (driven by either AL, vendors, or Customer)

Desire to work with high visibility to key customer

Shows leadership skills in a small project team setting
SW - Microsoft/Google Office tools, Visio
Knowledge that will help you succeed:
CAD/SOLIDWORKS - ability to interpret, create, and edit mechanical and electrical drawings
Knowledge of automated equipment design and manufacturing, and the technical specifications associated
Project Management Experience
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelor of Engineering degree. Equivalent 3+ years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
