Air Conditioning & Heating of North Haven, CT is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems. This HVAC Service Technician position works 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday with rotating on-call weekends and earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $95,000/yr, depending on experience and performance. You would also be eligible for great benefits including overtime, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacations, paid holidays, profit-sharing, a company truck, a company-supplied cell phone for lead techs, supportive management, ongoing training opportunities, and opportunities for advancement. We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
- Connecticut HVAC license
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
