Everyone is hiring. We are different. Contact us and find out more. Our expanding restaurant team is seeking multiple General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Chefs/Kitchen Managers, Sous Chefs, Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, Wait Assistants, Bar Backs, Hosts, & Dishwashers.
Current team members have experience running top restaurants in Minneapolis, at the Minnesota State Fair, and both in the front of the house and in some of the area’s top kitchens. Join us for the great atmosphere and watch your career take off. We operate restaurants in Minneapolis and Stillwater, with more to come in both as well as Victoria.
ONBOARDING BONUS: Join our team and receive an onboarding bonus of $600! $300 will be paid at the end of the first 30 days of employment, and an additional $300 will be paid after 90 days of employment.

Requirements:
- Previous management/kitchen/serving/front of house experience a plus, but will train the right fit
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
- A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the restaurant

Our Company
We began by operating one of Minneapolis’ most popular bars and leveraged that experience into opening Devil’s Advocate in 2012. A few years later, Dan Kelly’s Pub joined the family and Devil’s Advocate grew and moved to Nicollet Mall. We launched Erik the Red across from U.S. Bank Stadium – and are in the process of building a new home for ETR right now. In February 2022 we opened Devil’s Advocate Stillwater to great acclaim. In June of 2022 we begin operations of the iconic Joseph’s Restaurant in Oak Park Heights. December 2022 brought the opening of Chloe by Vincent with iconic chef Vincent Francoual.
