Schedule: {Hourly: MST}

Job Summary:

As a receptionist, your role is to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations at the front desk of an organization. Your primary responsibilities involve greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. Duties/Responsibilities:

· Front office reception, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party, including President’s mobile calls and emails when necessary.

· Fielding incoming calls from clients and contract holders with the understanding of what information can be provided to various clients. Tests or debugs work to ensure that the functional requirements are met, and that completed work is of high quality.

· Use information and knowledge to determine GAP claim eligibility and product cancellations, by receiving, reviewing, and processing service bills for payment according to guidelines

· You will be responsible for entering data into the administration system and coordination with the Claims Department.

· Assisting with bank statement collection, account reconciliations as well as journal entries, general ledgers, and recording of reinsurance transactions to ledger, reported as needed, and settled correctly in QuickBooks. Assisting with cession statement reporting. It will be important to work closely with the entire claims, accounting and executive team.

· Additional responsibilities will include providing customer service, all mail functions, and administrative support to President as needed.

Experience/Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in operating office equipment and computer software (MS Office, email, calendar management)

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Attention to detail and accuracy handling information

· At least three years of related experience required.
