Looking for two line cooks who have experience in Family Dining Restaurants. Cooking is easy at Holiday Grill, as the food is all prepped, you just need to cook it. All applicants will have an cooking interview skill test with the Chef. Pay varies depending on experience, attitude, work ethic, and skill. Willing to do a raise after 3 months if all criterias are being met. $600.00 bonus if you are with the company for 6 months or more and criterias are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work with the restaurant owner to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant cooking experience
• Ability to cook a family restaurant coney island menu and breakfasts (eggs)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be trustworthy, honest, and have a good work ethic
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies
