Overview:
Child and Adolescent Therapist/Counselor Position
Changes is a mental health treatment program offered by Sycamore Springs Hospital for children and adolescents ages 10-17.Changes - Sycmore Springs offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for children and adolescents. Changes-Sycamore Springs is a therapeutic focused program offered as a day program, some of the services we offer include Psychotherapy, psychoeducational and process groups, family and group therapy, and medication management. We are seeking a master level therapist with child and adolescent experience to join our team.

- Plan, Prepare and deliver instructional activates that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Identify and select different resources to meet our students varying needs.
- Coordinate with school districts and school counselors regarding individual educational needs.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress
- Provide therapeutic activities to patients on non-school days.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.
- State Licensure per state requirements
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
