Sandstone of Tucson is seeking motivated and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our talented clinical team. Start your career in nursing at one of the largest long-term care facilities in Tucson, Arizona. We are offering both full-time and part-time employment, 12 hours shifts. In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve; Certified Nursing Assistants play a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all guests in the facility. Certified Nursing Assistants assists work directly with RN's and LPN's in delivering quality care to patients 24 hours a day.

As of 2/1/2022 - SIGN-ON BONUS OF $3,000.00
**(Employee must complete 90-day introductory period without any misconduct violations or no-call/no-shows. Sign-on bonus is paid out over a sixth month period.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

This job operates in a health care setting. This role requires regular walking to various locations around the facility. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role may also come into contact with Guests who may have contagious illnesses/viral infections. You must have access to a useable email address. You must be able to read/write in the English language.
POSITION AND HOURS:
This position is in a facility that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts, as well as holiday and work during inclement weather, will be required.
Position Pay Range: $15-$20 per hour depending on experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Arizona C.N.A. Certification or License
C.P.R. Certified
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
TB Skin Test OR Chest X-Ray
Covid vaccination strongly encouraged
