Our client is seeking an individual who is well-versed in both the technical side of controllership as well as the soft skills needed to motivate and drive a team to achieve joint results! This individual should be organized and motivated to help with the training, implementation and management of their business unit.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversees all activities related to accounting and financial planning
• Accountable for all financial reporting, forecasting and budget analysis
• Compliance with internal controls and SOX and GAAP
• Sales and profit analysis
• Regular meetings with leaders to drive performance improvements
• Manages the development and reporting of annual/monthly capital business
• Creates and maintains forecasting and budget across Sales, Plant Costs, SG&A, Inventory, Working Capital and all other required financial/non-financial data
• Manages the motivation, direction, and results achieved from personnel
• Drives team to meet and exceed department goals and timelines
• Oversees internal and external audits

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Employee development/Performance Management skills
• MBA preferred
• CPA/CMA preferred
• SAP preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
