We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Student Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and caring professional with a strong commitment to providing high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You will also engage in a variety of additional activities (unrestricted duties) designed to support your development as a future BCBA. This includes shadowing senior staff on intakes, assisting in treatment plan writing, engaging in program development, monitoring and updating current programs, and other training duties.

The aim of this role is to foster growth and learning, with the ultimate goal of preparing you to successfully transition to a BCBA role upon certification.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients, primarily during morning hours (8am-1pm) for a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

· Collect accurate and reliable data and document client progress on a regular basis.

· Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.

· Shadow and assist senior staff during intake sessions, contributing to the assessment and understanding of client needs.

· Participate in treatment plan writing, taking feedback and recommendations based on direct work with clients.

· Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of client programs to ensure they remain effective and meet client needs.

· Engage in ongoing analyst training duties, continually expanding knowledge and skills in the field of ABA.

· Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a consistent and high standard of care for all clients.

· Meet regularly for supervision meetings with the BCBA serving as the student analyst coordinator

· Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements:

· Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

· Enrolled in or a graduate of a related field (e.g., psychology, education, behavior analysis) and actively pursuing BCBA certification.

· Have completed at least 2 semesters of BCBA coursework

· Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Must be available to work 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.

· Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with an attention to detail.

· A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
