We’re looking for aa Assistant Games Manager to work in an exciting environment that is NEVER boring.

Assistant Games Managers are responsible for:

• Assisting the Games Manager with the day to day operations of our carnival games inside SeaWorld San Antonio
• Assisting with maintaining a safe work environment for our team members
• Assisting with the recruiting and training a highly-motivated team to reach daily sales targets
• Providing world-class guest service to our park guests in SeaWorld San Antonio

Applicants must:

• Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
• Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
• Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
• Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. (It’s an amusement park – we’re working when others are not!)
• Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
• Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards.

Experience:

• Management Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
