We're an eCommerce agency specializing in the Amazon marketplace. We work primarily with medium-to-large consumer products companies in the US and Canada. Verticals we operate in include outdoor apparel, athletic apparel, pet treats, spices & herbs, skincare, beard products, diaper bags, and more.
We have a main office in Torrance, CA (in the Greater Los Angeles area), a fulfillment center, and a diverse team of nearly 30 members across the US and the globe.

Who we need:
We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Amazon Advertising Manager with 5+ years of paid advertising experience, including expertise in Amazon Campaign Manager, Amazon Sponsored Brand/Product Ads, Video Ads, and Store Spotlight Ads.
This is a hybrid role, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
You will work in office Wednesdays and Fridays, and manage a 2-person remote advertising team to drive success for our clients on the Amazon platform.
Specific accountabilities, skills, and responsibilities:
As the Amazon Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Amazon advertising campaigns for our clients:
Key accountabilities include:
- Advertising strategy: Developing, planning, and executing data-driven advertising strategies using Amazon Campaign Manager, Sponsored Brand/Product Ads, Video Ads, and Store Spotlight Ads to align with clients' business objectives and drive growth on the Amazon platform
- Ad campaign management: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from setup and implementation to monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Performance analysis: Using advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Team leadership: Managing, mentoring, and developing a 2-person advertising team to ensure successful campaign execution and foster a culture of collaboration and growth
- Client relations: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations in a clear and accessible manner
- Amazon DSP qualification: Assisting in the qualification process for TESMO to manage Amazon DSP, ensuring adherence to platform requirements and best practices
- Industry expertise: Staying current with Amazon platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance clients' success on the marketplace
Skills and responsibilities include:
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Amazon advertising strategy, implementation, and optimization, including Sponsored Brand/Product Ads, Video Ads, and Store Spotlight Ads
- Proven track record of managing successful Amazon advertising campaigns and achieving performance goals
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform, tools, and best practices, as well as Amazon DSP requirements
- Highly quantitative, with expertise in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of advertising metrics, KPIs, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a small team and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative advertising solutions and adapt to evolving market conditions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passionate about advertising and committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and driving both company and client success

Location
This is a hybrid role. You’ll be required to be in-office at our Torrance, California location two times a week.
Education/ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in account management
- 2+ years experience working in the Amazon space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
