Accounts Receivable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Duties:

• Handle daily check deposits
• Identify, deposit, post, and apply incoming ACH and check payments
• Monitor and report daily cash activity using online banking services
• Assist in resolving unapplied cash
• Prepare reports and information as requested
• Assist finance team members in a variety of other finance functions
• Special projects, and more

Accounts Receivable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional accounts receivable experience required in MS Office
• Team player, willing to learn new tasks
• Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
• Superb communications skills required
