Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,308.08 * Annual Salary $31,393.92

Scheduled Hours: 0730-1600 (Saturday/Sunday off) Work Area: Accounting/North Campus

This is a Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital position stationed at the Forensic Treatment Center-North campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputs services for Forensic Treatment Centers North/South and Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliations of Hawthorn inpatient bed days for Medicaid billing
  • Process private insurance and inpatient Claims and EMOMED for Hawthorn
  • Input Healthlink services in CIMOR
  • Codes revenue checks for FTC-North
  • Processing of purchase medical service bills
  • Processing Quest invoices

Eligibility:

  • Knowledge of basic research methods related to financial transactions
  • Knowledge of CIMOR and SAM II
  • Ability to identify and resolve transactional issues
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed)
