Our program is accountable for working with the Enterprise Technology (GTI) and Application owners across the Consumer & Community Back (CCB) organization to transform and modernize as they move away from the legacy Data Centers and accelerate our journey to the Public Cloud. The role will help CCB Application owners identify the right technologies to use to solve their business problems.

The role will form relationships with application owners and drive a solution roadmap for multi-phase a transformation project. The role will work closely with teams across Enterprise Technology (GT) and CCB Application owners in the Consumer & Community Back (CCB) organization.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze applications in the Heritage Data Centers and provide insight into the best tools and technologies to transform application
  • Monitor progress of application migrations and work to resolve blocking points that are identified during the process
  • Coordinate discussions with GTI Product owners and CCB Application owners
  • Lead technical discussion into products and technologies offered by GTI internally and also Public Cloud offerings
  • Partner with other Lines of business to find synergies addressing problems
  • Work directly with people from technology, business, operations, legal and compliance teams
  • Present findings and project progress to senior management
  • Work across LOBs with other engineers for solution alignment
  • Act as a key advisor to CCB Application owners
  • Project Management Experience working in Agile Methodologies and associated tools
  • Work independently

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Technology , Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial services or strategic consulting
  • 3-5 years' professional experience with technical projects or products
  • Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Infrastructure Technology; Data Center Management or Migration;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as an engineer or architect
  • Experience supporting critical applications in a large financial firm
  • Stong networking skills
  • Public Cloud (AWS, CGP, Azure) experience, certification in one or more advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in highly dynamic, fast paced environment and able to manage multiple request at the same time
  • Ability to work at a high level with little detail
  • Skills in Data analysis using Excel
  • Executive communications for senior management
  • Network Engineering; Technical Solutions
  • Current working experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
