Job Title:
Utility Coordinator
- Tyndall AFB
***Work Location: Panama City, FL***
Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview
REQUIREMENT-
Must be a US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Review design plans to note potential utility conflicts
- Maintain database of all correspondence with utilities
- Facilitate meetings involving utility specific activities
- Coordinate with the Utility owners during construction to ensure plans are adhered to and schedules are met.
- Conduct on-site inspections of contractor’s work
- Demonstrate compliance with client requirements and/or regulatory requirements
- Review progress of the permitting and relocation efforts
- Perform spatial modeling coordination and review utilizing Autodesk Navisworks or similar.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience
- Preferred experience on large complex multimillion dollar utility infrastructure projects
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks or similar
