Our goal is to provide licensed therapists with the tools necessary to start and run their own private practice. We handle the headache and stressors of practice management so that you can do what you do best, be a therapist to your clients.

We are looking for Therapists who are private practice minded, ready to put in the work to build their own business, and want to have the freedom and control of setting their own schedule and be paid comensurate with their work ethic. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of California, have a strong background in psychology, counseling, and/or social work, and will be able to provide individual, family, and group therapy services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and the capacity to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments to diagnose mental health issues.
• Provide crisis intervention services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with other mental health professionals and community organizations.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
