Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience is required.
• The interpersonal skills necessary to make a good first impression, relate to and empathize with other people, and maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor throughout the day.
• Competent computer skills, math skills, written and oral communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail and sound judgement when making decisions is mandatory. Ability to work independently and open/close the teller area before and after banking office hours is required.
• Standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds is required.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively use technology to process customer transactions accurately, efficiently, and confidentially.
• Ability to understand financial products and services, listen to our customers financial needs and then present appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrates personalized and professional service.
• Performs job accountabilities with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  

The Location: National Bank of Commerce is based in based in Superior, WI. We have 11 locations throughout Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast Minnesota. This is a great place to live because of the beauty and abundant activities that Lake Superior and surrounding areas have to offer. We have multiple well-established school systems, a close-knit community as well as a loyal and thriving business community. We have our very own airport that flies to Minneapolis and Chicago and the Twin Cities is a quick 2.5 hour commute south. Having the lake as neighbor does not get much better.
