Grades 9-12: Technology Coordinator/Full-Time: Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking to hire a full-time Technology Coordinator. The position responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting and purchasing, implementation and support of application software and hardware used at Mount Notre Dame. The Technology Coordinator works with numerous other key administrators and works with MND’s Network Service Provider to ensure the best digital environment for MND.

The Technology Coordinator is accountable for the priorities indicated below.

• Manages the technology environment on campus to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborates with the Principal and other key administrators to plan for and manage the one-to-one Tablet PC Program.
• Oversees technology in the building and leads coordination, communication and training for successful use of these resources.
• Installs and supports school wide software and coordinates communication and education about these resources.
• Manages the Help Desk.
• Works closely with the Director of Data and Scheduling to ensure a smooth interface between technology needs.
• Plans for future technology needs of the school, allowing MND to remain in a strong technology position.

The applicant should have working knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365. Experience providing end user tech support is required. Experience with school SIS and LMS systems preferred.
