Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support for the three Terra Vista applications:
- Terra Trash.
- Terra Oil.
- Terra Gas.
Appointments will be scheduled and listed in the CRM system. You will contact the clients directly via phone or skype and if necessary, remotely connect to their PCs. The position is SPARE time and "work from home.”
The ideal candidate probably already has a part-time, work-from-home job, and is looking to ONLY SUPPLIMENT their hours with some added spare-time work. ( M-F ). Probably within the range of 5-10 hours MAX per week.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair software and database issues.
- Install and update Terra Vista applications.
- Answer questions about the apps.
- Download and analyze data, identify causes and apply fixes.
- Train on and use the apps in order to understand them and be able to answer questions or assist clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A working PC with windows 10 or 11 (some free space to install utilities) and a decent internet connection (20 mb/s or higher).
- Solid Understanding of Windows OS and ideally of Excel and Access.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
- Familiar with SQL and Office products.
- Need to learn the 3 applications and how to access various functions.
