We are seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join our Global Rewards team in the US. In this role you will be responsible for providing day to day management of the company's global equity plans, including eligibility, vesting schedules and any exercise process. You will also be preparing quarterly grant processes for employees to transact their stock, and maintaining the equity plan database to include reconciling, investigating and remediating to ensure accuracy of all the information. In this role you will ensure that all stock related issues are administered in line with regulatory compliance and internal governance.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Administer and execute both domestic and international equity programs and applicable compliance
- Manage all daily aspects of our third-party equity recordkeeping and administration system, including grants, cancellations, transfers, purchases and/or repurchases
- Create processes to monitor HR data for changes, terminate employees, and apply updates on a timely basis in Fidelity and maintain data accuracy with People Operations
- Administer and distribute required tax/compliance paperwork in association with new grants
- Prepare exhibits and accompanying data in support of Board Compensation Committee review, including monitoring and reporting on the employee equity pool
- Provide data updates to and manage communication and relationship with the external Transfer Agent and other third-party vendors as required
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including information required for Proxy and 10k filings, collaborating with finance, payroll, legal and reward on stock reporting requirements
- Audit and reconcile data in conjunction with monthly/quarterly/annual capitalization table needs
- Provide first tier of responses for all incoming employee and potential employee (new hire) questions related to equity
- Maintain compliance best practices, documenting and developing improvements in applicable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of grant updates
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to maintain and improve current processes and procedures
- Develop and support regular employee education and training efforts to improve understanding of equity program and policies
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5yrs experience specific to international stock/equity plan administration
- Equity experience with a private company that has gone through to public
- In-depth and comprehensive understanding of equity administration concepts and related financial reporting principles
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification desirable
- High level of discretion related to employee, payroll and equity information
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and adjust to changing priorities
- Very strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Prior experience with equity administration systems
- Project management skills and ability to lead and work with different departments in connection with equity administration
