Job description

The staff recruiter will be in charge of attracting qualified applicants and managing the full lifecycle of recruitment. Candidates will be sourced through various outlets: job postings, social media, job fairs and other types of advertising and also cultivating and maintaining relationships with schools and training centers. The Staff Recruiter will work closely with the facility Administrator and Department Heads to keep an accurate list of all open positions.

The successful candidate will have a warm and engaging personality, and be creative and think outside the box with respect to the marketing and "sales" aspect of the job.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job ads on job boards, website, social media
• Create flyers, posters, cards, brochures and other materials to advertise job openings in the community and facility
• Create and post content for social media to advertise job openings
• Market to schools and training centers
• Attend job fairs
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, set interview appointments
• Process employment packets
• Manage full lifecycle of recruitment: advertising, interviewing, onboarding, retention, exit interview
• Ensure that candidates are highly engaged throughout every step of the hiring process
• Conduct weekly hiring team meeting to review current and up coming needs and how they are being met

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be fully COVID vaccinated and boosted
• AA or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels: web, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, cold calling, following up on leads, visiting schools and training centers
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
