The Senior Technology Solutions Business Partner role is part of the Technology Solutions Leadership Development Program reporting to the Chief Information Officer. Program participants join Brown & Brown and are given significant responsibility from the start to drive both business and technology decisions. This project-based role will work across the enterprise and all business segments to support strategic business needs, drive innovation through technology, and create efficiencies.
As Brown & Brown's technology needs evolve over time, this leadership postition must understand how to continually and incrementally enhance Brown & Brown's technology solutions and support while maintaining a focus and discipline with respect to performance and cost.

Amidst this context, Brown & Brown seeks to hire a new Chief Technology Officer who will play the key leadership role in ensuring that the firm runs a highly available, reliable, resilient, scalable, and employee-friendly infrastructure environment in a cost effective, efficient manner. The right candidate for this critical role will balance keeping Brown & Brown's systems available, operational, and secure while driving the change needed to embrace new cloud-based, software-driven, and user-friendly approaches to technology infrastructure. The key challenge to this role is to define the vision while leading and strengthening the team and services that will deliver superior performance to support Brown & Brown's growth objectives.
