Job Description
The Senior HRIS and People Data Analyst has responsibility for support, maintenance and development of the technologies utilized by the functional areas of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and DEI. This position serves as a point-of-contact for functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Collaborates with teams such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Payroll, IT, End Users, and external resources to provide support for requests for enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert. Provide consulting services for functional processes regarding HRIS system best practices, recommend process improvements and efficiencies. Utilize analytical and technical skills to translate and analyze business needs and convert them to requirements and detailed delivery designs.
  • Responsible for system configuration, testing and deployment. Plan, develop and execute functional, system regression, and integration testing. Coordinate and communicate changes to internally affected teams and external vendors.
  • Conduct training, including creating documentation of system processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support end user day-to-day questions; troubleshoot complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions, escalating issues through appropriate internal or external resources.
  • Collaborate across the HR, Talent Acquisition and DEI teams on routine data audits to confirm accuracy in system data as well as third party data interfaces.
  • Responsible for complex report generation or the coordination of report development. Maintain report generation standards and goals. Assist with developing and maintaining HR dashboards and various analytics.
  • Partner with security administrators to maintain system roles and permissions access. Establish and maintain access according to compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology and HRIS applications by participating in HRIS communities and forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, training, webinars, etc.
  • Understand the sensitive nature of data and adhere to all Bremer policies related to confidentiality and security of personal information.
  • Promote the internal reputation of HR across the enterprise as a valuable resource; ensure a sense of advocacy with the HRIS team.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent to equal a minimum of 4 years relevant Information Technology or Human Resources experience.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant HRIS administration or analyst experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to develop solutions to technology-related business problems/opportunities.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate (in written and oral form) effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
  • High degree of analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent problem solving, customer orientation, communications skills are essential.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM strongly preferred.
