Location: Austin, TX – On-site Required

Length of Contract: 6-12 months

Ideal Start date: Late April/Early May

Hours/week: 50-70 hours per week (weekend availability is a plus)

Title: Sr. Construction Superintendent

Title: Sr. Construction Superintendent
Duties/Scope: Client needs a Sr. Construction Superintendent to work on various commercial projects. Contractor needs to have high-level concrete & structural steel experience. Contractor will be working onsite on the ground reviewing projects that have time and space constraints, coordinating with the field, act as a self-driven lead over manufacturing and other various construction group. Will be responsible for reviewing sets of drawings, creating and executing schedules. Provide daily and/or weekly updates as required to the projects’ stakeholders. Contractor must be well-versed in Bluebeam and be able to provide work-ups and measurements and have strong experience within models.

Must Have:
Ability to lead/run these projects fully & independently
Review drawings and build + execute schedules
Strong Field Experience
Bluebeam

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
