Speech-Language Pathologist

AnthroMed Education is currently looking to connect with a dedicated and empathetic Speech Language Pathologist in Romeoville, IL for the 2022 – 2023 school year!

Our organization is a top provider of school-based speech therapy services to pre-K-12th grade schools and students in communities throughout the Greater Northern Illinois area. Here at AnthroMed, we focus solely on creating an environment for our SLPs to produce and maintain better outcomes in schools. We’re thrilled because this school year we’re expanding our plans for continued education and clinical support, and we’re making major investments to further help our team members in their daily practices.

What kind of Speech Path are we seeking and what does the role entail?

• An SLP who will work as a respected team member in a Public School that has a strong work ethic and is accountable for higher performance from students and faculty.
• The position we’re hiring the SLP into will support K-5th grade students for the entire 2022-2023 school year.
• The caseload consists of students with mild-moderate disabilities. This school keeps their caseloads at a very manageable size, ranging from 30-45 students.
• This school holds a very robust team with excellent resources for their SLPs and for their students.
• Each SLP will work with a comprehensive team including Assistant Directors of Special Education, other SLPs in the building, and AAC tech support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
• Active Professional Educator License (PEL)
