Solutions Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Netrix, award-winning provider of cybersecurity and end-to-end IT services, seeks a product and solutions marketing manager with a proven track record of success to manage key elements of our solutions marketing function, which will have significant and immediate impact on the business. The ideal candidate has proven success in establishing clear, compelling messaging and positioning in support of consultative selling that enables sales to win opportunities with mid-sized to large enterprises and to expand business in existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has proven success in establishing clear, compelling messaging and positioning in support of consultative selling that enables sales to win opportunities with mid-sized to large enterprises and to expand business in existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
As a member of our growing team, many of the Solutions Marketing Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead cross-functional projects, including content strategy & execution, product launches, sales training, and messaging for solutions
- Support multitouch marketing campaigns with positioning, collateral, and subject matter expertise
- Communicate our product story across sales teams, partner organizations, clients, and prospects
- Deliver persona-based messaging about the product vision, positioning, unique value proposition, and areas of competitive advantage
- Work closely alongside revenue marketing, product management, and sales teams to achieve a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Serve as the go-to expert for product and solutions marketing
- Devise and deliver presentations for customer pitches, sales enablement training, webinars, event sessions, etc.
- Document the buying process and align sales methodologies and systems (Salesforce) accordingly; Analyze trends and changes to the buying process
- Understand the competitive landscape for all business units and service offerings, and serve as the internal expert on competitive intelligence
- Define new market opportunities and amplify existing ones with clear and compelling business cases, data-driven insights, and internal and external feedback
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in high tech industry with knowledge and understanding of services delivery models
- Experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or content marketing strongly preferred
- Experience with wearing multiple hats and managing priorities to support rapid growth
- Enthusiasm and scrappiness for finding new pathways, establishing and improving upon processes, and diving in to get stuff done
- Demonstrated ability effectively manage cross-functional relationships and ability to prioritize requests against the needs of the business
- Strong presentation skills across multiple internal and external audiences, including customers, executives, industry analysts, and media
- Clear and transparent communicator
- Strong program and project management skillset
- Exceptionally skilled in uncovering and tracking ROI from products and services and in communicating this to customers and prospects
- Sense of humor highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required.
