Chapel Hill Country Club is seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Pool & Snack Bar Facility for the summer of 2023. This position will begin in the middle of May.

- A keen eye for detail providing for a “high-end resort-style” pool experience.
- Ensuring daily set-up and proper cleaning of club pool facilities.
- Focusing on having all staff greet club members by name and promoting a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
- Helping manage and scheduling of pool attendants and pool grill staff.
- Coordinate closely with the contracted Pool Management/Lifeguard company staff to ensure a safe, clean and tidy, and welcoming environment for club members and their guests. Together, the club pool staff and the Pool Management staff must work together as one cohesive team to provide an outstanding pool experience every day.
- Coordinate practice times and swim meet events with the club’s swim team and parents to ensure they also have a great time while at the pool and that their events run smoothly.
